JR Automotive Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the changes stated below may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email supplied at the point of booking. We aim to work with our customers to ensure an enjoyable process from consultation to booking and collection of your vehicle.
Booking Terms
When booking in for a detailing package with JR Automotive, you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business
Any bookings that are confirmed via deposit or otherwise but are subsequently affected by any changes may result in a full service charge being payable. An invoice will be sent to the email address supplied at the point of booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken.
Deposits
JR Automotive reserves the right to request deposits to confirm booking times and dates, all bookings are subject to deposits, at the discretion of the company, before confirmation correspondence is sent.
Deposits vary according to the type of booking, total cost of services and other factors. Typically we operate a 30%-40% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, however, at the discretion of JR Automotive Ltd, may be transferable for bookings that have been rearranged.
Cancellations
JR Automotive Ltd is an appointment based services provider, and as such bookings and booking deposits are non-refundable. In certain circumstances we reserve the right to request full payment for the services quoted. If a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of a booking, the full amount of the quoted services cost is payable. Cancellation requests 3 - 14 days before a booking will be subject to a cancellation fee, 50% of the originally quoted amount. For cancellation requests 14 days or more before the booking, the deposit is non refundable. JR Automotive LTD reserves the right to request a 15% rescheduling fee for rescheduled bookings.
In the unlikely event that JR Automotive Ltd requests to reschedule your booking, due to conditions, equipment failure or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the earliest possible date for a re-booking.
Exclusion of liability
JR Automotive Ltd, hereby referred to as ‘the company’. The company cannot accept responsibility for any mechanical or electrical fault that may occur during the detail process.
The company is not responsible for checking that baby seats, booster seats or other interior fixtures are correctly re-installed prior to use by the customer. This is the full responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
The company cannot accept liability for any damaged body work, damage to the interior of your vehicle which has not been reported to the company at collection of your vehicle.
